Our Story

Hey there, it’s us – the crazy Argentinians behind the best empanadas and alfajores in Prague! We’re Romina and Diego, and we come all the way from Córdoba, Argentina.

Romina is the mastermind behind our delicious food. She’s a little obsessed with food, taste, and quality – okay, she’s really obsessed. She won’t rest until every empanada is perfect and every alfajor is perfectly sweet and creamy. And let’s just say, she has very high standards. But that’s why everything we make is so darn good.

 We’re also big believers in using local ingredients whenever possible. That’s why we search high and low for the best local farms and producers to source our ingredients. And of course, we always bring a little bit of Argentina with us too – we’ve got a suitcase full of spices and seasonings to ensure that every bite is truly authentic.

 But let’s be real, it’s not all about the food. We’re also incredibly proud of our six furry friends – our dogs are practically family. If you’re lucky, you might just catch a glimpse of them snoozing in the corner while you enjoy your meal.
